Anna Walewska signs with ABR
Anna Walewska has joined Alan Blencowe Racing for 2010 to race in the VW cup.
"I am looking forward to the start of the season and working with Alan Blencowe Racing. After a solid year last season I can put my experience into this years championship and look forward to a successful year."
Anna will start her test programme with ABR in Febuary and the team are looking forward to working with Anna through 2010.
British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) racing is one of the best kept secrets when it comes sponsorship opportunities in the UK. This season Alan Blencowe will be racing a Honda DC5 and there are currently sponsorship packages available to suit most businesses.

Testing conditions for Dawn at Brands
Dawn Boyd got behind the wheel of the ABR 106 for the second time this month, this time at Brands Hatch, the freezing conditions ment for a lot of concentration and good car control, Dawn continues to suprise a lot of fellow competitors with her pace in the peugeot 106 xsi as it gives away a good 200bhp to most of the other cars on track days. The ABR 106 ran fautlessly once again but a joint dissission between Dawn and the team ment for an early finish to the day due to the weather getting worse.
Dawn is hoping to continue to work with ABR in 2010.
ABR are pleased to be able to give you dates to come and learn or improve your skills at Thruxton proir to your race meeting. Other than these dates there are no other track days for learning the circuit, you will be straight into qualifying in most cases!!

All cars and Drivers must be accompanied by a fully qualified ARDS instructor at all times.
Safety Helmets to be worn at all times.

Dawn Enjoys her first test in the ABR 106
Dawn Boyd had a successful first test in the ABR 106 XSI at Mallory
Park on the 6th of December, Dawn had both wet and dry conditions
through out the day and made the most of the test by working with the
team and focusing on her driving technique.
ABR were pleased with the progress Dawn made and hope to test again soon.
Alan Blencowe has set his sights on running his own race team and is hoping to launch competitive drivers into the TOCA Support series and other championships for 2009 with a view to running a BTCC team within the next few years.
After having competed within the BTCC and other TOCA support series for the past 7 years, Alan is providing up and coming drivers the opportunity to develop within his own team, providing his experience, knowledge and expertise on the track, combined with the wealth of knowledge from his support team, including personnel and mechanics.
‘I have spoken to a lot of interested drivers and we’re now focusing on putting together a package that benefits them so that we can start pre-season testing with them.
I have the capacity to run a number of drivers within different championships, having gained the experiences myself from running within different championships, but not only can I provide driver training, I can also provide them with a support team of mechanics to work on the car to get the best for them. ‘
