ARDS Test

If you want to go motor racing you must hold a full ARDS race licence.

With Alan Blencowe Racing you can book your ARDS test wich will be held at Thruxton.

Before the day of the test all participants must apply to the MSA for a Go Racing pack.

Participants must have a medical examination with your doctor and have the form signed and sent back to you before the day of your test.

The fee is £295 for the test.
The test will consist of-
Classroom briefing
Driving test-The instructor will demonstrate the lines and techniques to you before you drive.
A multiple choice exam.

Anyone under the age of 17 can also take their ARDS test with Alan Blencowe Racing[saxmax,ginetta juniors]-these tests for 2010 will be longer than the standard ARDS test and will be £600.

If you would like driver coaching before your test to ensure you are ready then you can book track time with Alan Blencowe Racing in one of our practice cars at any circuit in the UK, we would recommend this for anyone who doesent hold a standard road liscence.

Once you have successfully completed your test you must send all the relavant paperwork to the MSA.
